Trump Removing DACA Will Affect All African-Americans As Well, According To Federal And State Law

#IJHTMYT – Millions of Americans are being blatantly steered in devastatingly wrong directions when it comes to crucially important information regarding their respective well being, mainly due to who is set as the Driver, and who is overwatching the Driver’s position as the Navigator. 

Before I go any further, be advised that the analogy that I just mentioned is not for the weak-hearted, because this rabbit hole goes much deeper than one may assume. 

I will continuously spread unconventional information to the public throughout all of my articles and videos, and of course this particular segment won’t be any different, however, I highly suggest that you do pay close attention to detail with everything that you’re about to see throughout this segment. The Complexity Of The “DREAM Act” Bill 

As of recent, there has been lots of media controversy surrounding President Trump’s decision to reverse a bill that was sitting on the edge of the table to become law. 

Local and National news media stations loves to compare President Trump’s motions while in office, to former President Obama’s previous motions while in office, to portray an illusion as if either party is any different from each other. 

For example, popular news media stations made it seem as if President Obama started the “DREAM Act” Bill during his presidential term, when in fact the bill was introduced in the Senate on August 1st, 2001 by Senators Dick Durbin, a Democrat of the State of Illinois, and Orrin Hatch, a Republican of the State of Utah. And who was President then? Republican – George W Bush. 

What’s very important to note, this DREAM Act does not specify which group or groups of races they are referring to. 

So, if you are stating that your origins comes from a different continent, deeming yourself as an “African-American” for example, you are inadvertently titling yourself as an undocumented immigrate due to the fact that you were not granted have dual citizenship. I’ll explain this in more detail later on in this segment.

So What Is The DREAM Act Really? 

According to Congress, the DREAM Act, also known as the Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act, is still documented as a proposal for a strict multi-phase process for qualifying “alien minors”, or rather immigrant children in the United States, that would either grant conditional or permanent residency, upon meeting further specified qualifications and requirements. 

In other words, this bill would have helped with granting legal status to certain undocumented immigrants, who were brought to the United States by their parents or family members as children, and also attended American schools. This is where the term “DREAMer” arised from.

From 2001 until now, some Republicans but mainly Democrats worked diligently to make a compromise regarding the DREAM Act, but many other representatives in both the House and the Senate voted against it. 

During his presidency, Barack Obama pledged to re-introduce the DREAM bill to the House by November 29 2010, and the House of Representatives did in fact pass it on December 8th 2010, but it failed to reach the 60-vote threshold in order to pass in the Senate. 

On June 15th 2012, President Obama announced that his administration would stop deporting illegal immigrants who match certain criterias included in the proposed DREAM Act. 

Then, exactly two months later, on September 15th 2012, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) began accepting millions of applications under the Obama administration’s new program entitled DACA. 

Is The DREAM Act The Same As DACA?

The DACA program, better known as the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, immediately addressed the immigration status of the same exact people as did the DREAM Act, however, this decision was a temporary measure set in place while the Obama administration awaited for Congress to take action with reforming immigration policies. 

DACA is in fact NOT equivalent to the DREAM Act. It just temporarily halted the deportation of illegal non-criminal immigrants and undocumented immigrant children for a total of two consecutive years beginning in 2012.  

Obama attempted to extend the DACA policy to other immigrants plus for more years in 2014, based on pledges he made during his second presidential election campaign. 

This rubbed many political figures the wrong way, leading to multiple States sueing in order prevent the expansion, however, the courts ultimately blocked it. 

But wait a minute, does that mean a President has more power than the U.S. Constitution? If so, then does the U.S. Constitution even exist anymore?

The Propagandic Agenda To Steer The Public’s Focus Away From What’s Happening Right In Front Of Them

Let me say this – 

Propagandic agendas are setup to continously plague all Americans unless they are cognizant of not what’s going on around them, but merely what’s going on right in front of them. Why? Well….

A great explanation would be this – 

The Department of Homeland Security rescinded the expansion of DACA on June 16th 2017, which this motion wasn’t covered by local and national news media stations nor any social media sites, due to the simplicity of its popularity overall at that time period…allegedly. 

I said that to say this – 

The news short-handed the reporters covering the announcement that the Trump administration has officially stopped DACA, and will be deporting some 800,000 undocumented immigrants back to their homelands. 

This entire ordeal was completely overshadowed due to a “major crisis” simultaneously occuring in America, purposely throwing your attention away from what’s really happening right in front of you. Watch below.

During the latter part of July and throughout the month of August, we were all informed of Hurricane Harvey approaching America. 

News media stations began to make Hurricane Harvey the top story to cover, barely covering news about Trump rescinding the DREAM Act or DACA. 

This should also make you question whether if these most recent Hurricanes, like Harvey and Irma, were either God-sent or Man-Made, because not everything is a conspiracy, but not everything happens out of pure coincidence neither.

How Rescinding DREAM Act/DACA Affects “African-Americans”?

How does rescinding the DREAM Act or DACA affect African-Americans? Well, allow me to break this down. 

First, we know that rescinding the policy will force the removal of millions of undocumented and documented immigrants currently residing in the US. 

And with the help of Presidents Trump’s Executive Order’s like 13768 and beyond already underway, this just speeds up the process of a particular utilitarian agenda, in which removing these curtain immigrants from America and sending them back to their homelands, can possibly serve as a precursor for many things that are said to soon arise.

Second, I previously stated in that the DREAM Act nor DACA literally states which group or groups of races that it’s referring to when it says “undocumented immigrants.“

This is very important to note, because the main part of their agenda already underway that currently affects all people of color, is by you deeming yourselves as “Blacks” and/or “African-Americans”. Why? Well….

If you look a bit closer into the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments, you’ll discover that no trace of either term, Black and African-American, has any standing in law still til this very day. 

Plus, calling yourself African-American would literally mean that you have dual citizenship in both places. Do you? Of course not, and yes there is a flipside to this….

Because deeming yourself as African-American, with no paperwork of dual citizenship to both places, literally means that you’re an undocumented immigrant inadvertently, with Africa being your alleged homeland. 

See, here’s the problem with that. With President Trump rescinding DACA aka the DREAM Act Bill on September 5th 2017, and passing Executive Orders 13768 and beyond to remove legal and illegal immigrants from the United States, that should also make you ask the question… Does that include “African-Americans” too?

Now, there has been an hidden agenda that is being continously pushed still til this very day, ever since the terms “Black” and “African-American” was implemented in this country. 

If you go back to my previous video called “The Birth Of The Term African-American” you will see that it was not always used to describe people of color in the United States. 

You will also see that it was forcefully placed upon our people by some prominent individuals, some of which shares the same skin complexion as you and I. 

Not only has both terms been pushed heavily onto those voluntary self disclosure surveys administered to the masses, but they have also been pushed across as the norm, especially by those who identify themselves with the Pan-Africanist movement.

Brainwashing our people, and especially our youth, by certain self-proclaim conscious individuals, who gets a check for promoting this demonic propagandic agenda, surrounding the manipulative one-directional formatted belief system; that our people were some how linked to, and somehow someway allegedly originated from, the continent of Africa. 

Still til this day, many of our own people are believing a lie that was created in the early 1900’s, instead of knowing the truth that we are the original people of Turtle Island, now known as North America.

As I stated many times before, we are indigenous to this land, and the slave trade story was actually told to us in reverse. 

Now if you understand that, then you should also understand that the children that are being sent back to the lands of their quote unquote origins, through many different ways not limited to the departure of the “Dream Act“, then you should know that you and your children could very well maybe sent back to the lands of your quote unquote origins as well. 

Sent to a place that you are not familiar with, and exiled from your own home land.

There is a legal action that you and your family can do in order to protect yourselves, especially if you know for a fact that you have been identifying yourselves as “Black” and/or “African-American” on paper. Go here for that information

Well let me ask you, how many times have you filled out an application for employment, government assistance, or anything with your information, over the years, AND voluntarily self-identified yourself as “Black” or “African-American” before you were finally told the truth?
